Options Granted and Auditors Appointed
CALGARY, ALBERTA, Thursday April 19 2007 – Consolidated Beacon Resources Ltd. (the "Company" or “Beacon”) is pleased to announce the granting of 2,000,000 incentive stock options exercisable at $0.075 per share for a period of three (3) years to certain directors, officers, and employees of the Company. These options are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. In an effort to continue its corporate governance policy, the Company would also like to announce the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as auditors. Ernst & Young employs over 114,000 people in 140 countries worldwide and are recognized as a global leader in providing clients with a broad array of services relating to audit and risk-related services, tax, and transactions.
