Warrant Extension

CALGARY, ALBERTA, Friday, 12th January, 2007 – Consolidated Beacon Resources Ltd. (the
"Company") is pleased to announce it has extended the expiry date for 6,000,000 warrants with an exercise
price of $0.10. The new expiry date is September 13, 2007 replacing the previous expiry date of January 13,
2007.
